The new CD by Whitney Houston comes out September 1, 2009. Of course you probably already knew that... I'm always the last to know :-)

uh...no. i didn't know either. i haven't even heard much about it yet. but i want to see what's up with it. i wish her much success on this one.

I've heard Whitney a few times in recent years and I'm not convinced of her vocal ability anymore. Yes she can work a stage and command an audience, which is great because a lot of today's artist can't, but people are expecting the Whitney of old and she's not that anymore. I still wish her the best and I'll check her cd out.
I can't wait!!! :)
I'm looking forward to it but I'm hesitant at the same time. I do hope that this will be yet another successful and clean phase of Whitney's career. I must admit that the album cover has a very unnatural, ultra-airbrushed feel to it.
